Yes, as we love creativity, we may showcase unique products and let them shine on social media ;) However, for fairness, we do not accept reservations or pre-sales for items featured in our Instagram and TikTok stories or posts that are part of the upcoming sale, clearly mentioned in the posts. These sales are based on a first-come, first-served policy.

What is the price range for your watches and jewelry?
We have a simple price range by product category as follows: 14€-24€-34€-39€, then increasing by 10€ increments up to 179€.
The watches featured on our Instagram and TikTok platforms typically range between $89 and 149€, reflecting our preference for their rarity, exceptional condition, and unique appeal.

How can I find out the date of your next sale?
Follow us on Instagram (@the_gildedhour) for daily updates, including launch dates. If you miss an announcement, you can check the banner at the top of the homepage or sign up via the registration form on the same page to be notified by email.

Do you restock specific watches and jewelry that have already been sold?
This may occasionally happen, but it's rare as our items are either second-hand, handmade, or vintage, and more frequently for handmade products. However, it remains unpredictable.

Are the watches functional?
All watches are fully functional, except those labeled "frozen moments." This is clearly identified in the description.

Do you make the watches and jewelry?
I create many pieces using a mix of second-hand components, such as dials and beads, as well as new materials like connectors. Some are made by other small artisans. However, most watches are sourced from around the world rather than handmade. You can refer to the title for more details.

What are your shipping times?
Orders are generally shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Do you accept returns?
We accept returns without a specific reason within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, no return requests will be accepted.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the error is on our part. In that case, we will send you a return shipping label. Your return request should be sent by email to: hello@thegildedhour.shop.

What are the return conditions?
To be accepted, returns must be received in their exact original condition, in the original packaging with proof of purchase.
After receiving and inspecting the item, we will confirm via email whether the return conditions have been met, and your refund will be processed within 7 days.

What if my item arrives damaged?
All watches are hand-packed and thoroughly inspected before shipping. Additionally, the photos presented on the site reflect their actual condition. If you believe the item was damaged after shipping, please contact me. I am not responsible for damages occurring after the products are shipped, but we will try to find a solution to the issue.

Why aren’t shipping fees refunded for returns?
The shipping fees you paid were used to send the product. This amount covers part of the actual cost of shipping the item, with the remainder being covered by us, in order to offer affordable delivery rates, and is not marked up for profit. Therefore, it is non-refundable because the shipping service has already been provided.

What materials are used in your products?
Please note that due to the nature of our second-hand items, the original packaging, including information about materials, is not available. Customers who may be allergic should be aware of the potential for allergic reactions. However, we carefully clean our products using alcohol-soaked wipes to ensure an effective cleaning process. On the other hand, we can guarantee the vintage authenticity of our jewelry when indicated in the title, and that their components have lasted through the years without deterioration.
